The former sex cinema with a lot of history and tradition is located in the middle of Zurich's popular nightlife district. The cinema hall is 86 m2 and has a height of 9 meters and thus high potential for big ideas. The balcony with over 40 m2, a foyer with reception and other ancillary rooms on three floors complete this attractive interim use. Unfortunately, we cannot consider gastronomy, bar and club concepts because there are apartments above the cinema.
