Description: The Obrist Areal in Reinach (BL) used to be a production site for aluminum tubes of the famous Swiss Thomy Senf. For three years, Project Interim will manage a temporary use project based on a temporary renting contract, as requested by the owner. Wüest & Partner invited Project Interim to pitch for the site against another competitor. The project will house a mixed concept for leisure activities, cultural areas and storage space.
