Description: Projekt Interim was commissioned with the temporary use of the Office-Tower. The 15-story property, with its generous space of 540 m2 each and breathtaking panoramic views, offers the ideal opportunity for various pop-up concepts - whether as a platform for an art exhibition or as a showroom for furniture pieces, for an exquisite yoga studio or unique film shooting location - the possible uses are countless. Excluded, however, is the use for catering and bar businesses. The top floor, the 15th floor, with sensational views can be rented as an event location for up to a maximum of 100 people on a daily basis. The 11th floor we provide for photo and film shoots and can also be booked on a daily basis. In addition to good connections to local and long-distance public transportation, temporary users benefit from outdoor parking and numerous restaurants, bars and food options just around the corner.
