The temporary use lasts two years. The multi-storey building with an area of more than 5000 m2 is offered for temporary use for young entrepreneurs and start-ups. Culture professionals, associations, the self-employed and leisure-time enthusiasts have the opportunity to lend offices, studios, exhibition, seminar, teaching or hobby rooms at favorable conditions. In addition to a wide range of rooms from 25 m2 to 211 m2, goods and passenger lifts, a parking area, high-speed internet and a public canteen are available to intermediate users. The property is easily accessible by public transport: bus and tram stations are only a few minutes walk away.
