Description: Projekt Interim was commissioned with the temporary use of the store and studio/treatment room at Gotthardstrasse 6 and 8 in Thalwil. The centrally situated premises with around 90 m2 of retail space is located in an old residential building and captivates with a lot of charme due to its large window fronts, a stylish interior design and high ceilings. The space at Gotthardstrasse 8 is 40 m2 and has its own kitchenette. Due to its proximity to the shopping area on Gotthardstrasse, the location is ideal for a pop-up store or treatment room. Good accessibility is guaranteed thanks to the closeness to Thalwil train station and the 5 parking spaces in front of the building. The store also has a separate office, a small kitchen, a toilet and a garage storage in the basement.
