Description: Arbenzstrasse 6 was the first temporary use project that offered living-in space. Prior to it’s restoration, eight 3.5 room apartments were lent-to-use by Project Interim in order to prevent vacancies for a duration of six months. The project was concluded in time and handed-over to its owner, Ledermann Immobilien AG end of March 2013.
